My approach is based off scientific evidence that shows a whole food plant based diet leads to a longer, healthier life. With proper nutrition a balanced body will work towards disease reduction and prevention. This simple whole food approach includes vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes and healthy fats like nuts and seeds.
